Please help! Fitbit Versa & Fitbit Connect Desktop Music Transfer Not Working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

This is my second Versa, so I know I am not a complete noob. The only reason I am still sticking with it is because I cannot find any other alternative that allows me to store music on my watch without having to carry my phone arround. I have transferred music before, but have always had issues, which is why Fitbit sent me a new refurbished Versa. I am still having problems. I have done all troubleshooting provided, still nothing (restart watch, factory reset watch, delete and re-download fitbit connect, etc.). I have chatted with support multiple times and nothing seems to work. I am beyond frustrated. Please let me know if anyone else has experienced the same issues and was able to resolve.

For reference, I have the Versa and I am using the USB cable to transfer on my Mac.

@oanhn Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

Let me help you with your music transfers and thank you so much for troubleshooting this issue with our Support team. How long are these playlists? I suggest you try creating smaller playlists and try transferring them. You could try naming them in a similar fashion (Gym1, Gym2, Gym3, etc.) so you can easily find the type you wish to play and continue with the next without much effort. Start with 10 song playlists created from scratch on your computer and then transfer them.

Let me know how it goes.
