I have had issues with my Versa 3 and maintaining a connection to my iphone 13 pro.
I have done all the recommended steps, disconnecting Bluetooth, forgetting Versa 3 and Controls and reconnecting, ensuring the app is running in the background, ensuring that call notifications are on and all necessary permissions are given to the app, restarting/resetting my Fitbit and phone, confirming everything is up to date (both app and watch), resetting network settings on my phone, and also, I have done a factory reset. NONE of these have fixed this problem! I will go to use the find my phone feature, and I can be standing right next to my phone, but it won’t work. My partner bought this device for me, not so much for fitness tracking, but for convenience and because it’s a well known and reputable brand that’s

highly recommended.
I don’t want some generic response, I want a solution, and if one is not provided, I will be returning the device for a refund and moving away from Fitbit products

Hi @leeceylou - just in case your main issue is not getting notifications, there is currently a bug in the latest version of the Fitbit App, there is nothing you can do to  resolve this.

Thank you @Guy_, much appreciated! Why has this issue not been addressed by FitBit directly in previous posts regarding these problems? I had been putting it down to user error initially, then figured there must have been some sort of glitch, but the app only updated on the 26th of July, and only now have I had time to sit down and go through the process properly from start to finish - I even went as far as disconnecting Bluetooth on every device that had Bluetooth in our house! Prior to that, I had been resetting the Bluetooth connection on the daily, sometimes more frequently.

@leeceylou - thanks, you may have / had another issue but it's best to wait for a fix to the App before trying anything.

Once the app works again try restarting both watch and phone as a first step.
