I have twice tried to use the Exercise, Biking app on my Versa. Both times, the Fitbit reported connection to my phone and recorded timing and map correctly, but not distance or speed. What can be done to fix this?

Best AnswerHi @DebiDedicated -- I've moved this thread to the Versa forum.
Can you post a screen shot or two of the activity record for your bike ride? We will probably get better advice here. When you say the distance and speed are off, what are you comparing it to, and by how much is it off?
What phone are you using?
Although it sounds like the connection with your phone is okay, I would try restarting both the phone and the Versa before the next ride.

Best AnswerIt has not improved. Even when the Versa is next to the phone, it keeps losing connection. This was 7.5 miles out and 7.5 mile back at Ave speed 12 mph.
Best AnswerHow do I restart the Versa?
I have been riding for years, so familiar with my speed and distance. I also have a bike odometer.
Phone is Samsung S7 Edge.

To restart the Versa press and hold the bottom left and the back button until you see the Fitbit logo. About 10 sec.

Best AnswerSeems that things are getting worse. I did a run today and fitbit did not register my hr. I reached my 30 min activity for day, but Versa shows only 13 minutes now. How can that happen? It even gave me the fireworks during the run showing 30 mins reached. Ugh!!
Best AnswerDo you start and finish the activities from your Versa, or from the Fitbit app on your phone? I have an iPhone so it may look different than android, but I get my stats under the map when I start the activity from my device
