I have looked everywhere and different forums and everything says I’m supposed to cancel my subscription on my Apple ID. There is no where that gives me that option. Then in one it said to go to the fitbit app and restore my purchases. I did that, and still nothing. I wanted to cancel it before the subscription renewed and I want my money back. Getting frustrated with Fitbit lately and not being supported on Apple properly. Considering getting an Apple Watch.

Choose the instructions below based on how you purchased your Fitbit Premium subscription:
I purchased my subscription in the Fitbit app
Cancel your subscription through your phone’s app store.
To cancel your subscription in the Fitbit app:
If you purchased a Fitbit Premium subscription in your phone’s app store, but you don’t see your subscription in the Fitbit app, restore your purchase.
To restore your subscription purchase:
I purchased my subscription on fitbit.com
To manage or cancel your subscription, contact Customer Support.

I did this, as mentioned in my post. Doesn’t work.
