I got my Versa 2 For Christmas 2019, it worked great for less than a month when It had problem after problem. The vibrations would stop working, It would turn it’s self off, the screen would only show the Fitbit logo. I would have to reset it 20+ (not even exaggerating) times a day, the screen would stop working, I wouldn’t be able to scroll or check things except for whatever was on the main screen. It would take me days to be able to update and after updates it would only work normal for a couple days. After months of trying to self troubleshoot I‘ve become extremely frustrated.
