My Versa 2 is no longer receiving text messages. It does receive phone calls. How can I address this?

I was wondering the same as @Rich_Laue , are you on Android or iOS device? Are you getting any error message? If you haven't done so yet, please follow the troubleshooting steps provided here: Why are notifications delayed or missing?
Keep in mind you won’t see notifications on your Fitbit device if you turned on the do not disturb or sleep mode setting on your device. To change these settings, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
In case you're in iOS device, I'd like to share with you that I had a similar inconvenience, but I tried toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always". If this steps don't work for you, I suggest taking a look at the help article: Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones.
