Yesterday my versa 2 just turned off, I thought maybe the battery died but I charged it that morning, so I plugged it in and nothing happened, I left it to rest all night thinking maybe tomorrow I was going to be able to turn it on, and nothing, so I plugged it in again and there's this light on the screen but just a soft light with anything on it, I already pressed all the buttons, 1 by 1, all together and nothing happens, just rhe soft light that won't turn off. Please help me
