I bought my Versa today. I have a Moto Z3 play. When I was connecting them for the first time I was able to synch for a few minutes. Since then, nothing. My phone sees the Versa but doesn't pair. I rebooted the Versa, so now I am back to square one. I already uninstalled the app and reinstalled many times and also rebooted my phone. Please help. This is so frustrating. ☹️

Hi @FlaviaMiami . I’m sorry to say your Moto Z3 play is not on the list of supported devices. You can try contacting Support to see if they have any ideas.

I have a Galaxy Note and I was told that there is something within the Android program that FitBit was working on. My VERSA works half assed. The BlueTooth keeps disconnecting... it's ONLY with fitbit so I know it's not the phone. They said they're working on it but this new update to the app that was done didn't seem to fix anything with my situation.

Thank you very much for your message, @SunsetRunner and @Llaurra01. I was able to call the support. After 1 hour and 20 minutes with them on the phone and trying to connect to my cell phone and also my computer and not being able to either one they concluded that the problem is with my Fitbit and they will replace it.
At least I have a solution, even if it takes a few more days. 🙂

Just in case your Fitbit was not the problem, I had the same problems with sync and notifications. If you have an incompatiple Android phone like I do (Samsung Galaxy A5) and have tried all those help articles, you can try an application called Sync Fix for Fitbit and Huawei / Honor phones which for me settled 99.99% of all my problems. There is a 10-day trial period to validate if the app works for your phone and after you only hace to pay a single amount for life (around 6$). You have to follow the instructions and install the PERMANENT solution for it to work properly. In my case, it's been working without problems for 6 days.
