Hello everybody. I have problem with postal code when I make do order. I want order new band for my versa 2 but still light red x. Can you help me ?

Hi @SunsetRunner you may need to contact Fitbit. Or purchase through fit it's Amazon store. 

However maybe one of the Fitbit users will have an idea.

This is beyond what we as Fitbit users will be able to help with. I'm still not sure where the light red X is being seen. 

You night find this band in Fitbit's Amazon Shop.

In the postal code box, it indicates that it is invalid
