Hello,
I reside in India and recently upgraded my Nokia 8 to Android 9. Post the upgrade, my phone's bluetooth has stopped working altogether. Consequently, my Fitbit device has also stopped syncing. And I can't even add a new Fitbit device ( Versa)
Has anyone else also faced this problem? Is there a solution available ?

Hi, I also use Android 9 and do not have any problems with it. Regarding BT and adding a new device, it should not be that way. You just did an upgrade to the newest Android Version and did not remove your Versa from the fitbit app, let alone that the BT is not working anymore. Try these suggestions:
1. Without removing or unpairing your Versa from the Fitbit app, deinstall the Fitbit app.
2. Restart your phone and wait for a few secs
3. Reinstall Fitbit app again and enable BT and try to sync with your Versa.
4. If BT is working now, but your Versa is still not syncing:
5. Put your Versa in the charger and connect it to your computer. It's also wisew to do that with your mobile device.
6. Start the setup procedure of your Versa with your mobile device all over again. The Fitbit app will ask you if the "old" Versa needs to be replaced and just press yes and continue with the setup as usual.
Hope this is helpfull!

@Kangan It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa stopped syncing with your phone.
I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after following the great troubleshooting steps that shared @SunsetRunner.
If you found his post helpful, please accept it as a solution.
Looking forward to your response!
