Problems: screen wake from manual. No sleep score

I'm so disappointed I bought this versa too in November.  I've had nothing but problems with it. Have reset it several times.  It never displays a sleep score on the watch, yet I can see it on the app. Cannot change the brightness, always on display, do not disturb, or screen wake. These options are dimmed on my watch. I am so frustrated with this watch. Please don't say 'reset' as I've done it several times to absolutely no avail. I'm ready to open a window and throw it out. I don't recommend it to anybody.

Hi @Maryemm It sounds as if you need to talk to Support so they can sort out with you what is going on.
