I have a Versa that is less than a year. Recently it started on occasion where the Fitbit Logo would pop up, disappear taking it to a black screen before my clock would come back on. I have also noticed on occasion where my Versa does not respond when I tap it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have already tried resetting, changing the clock face and also resetting back to factory settings.
