I really need someone who is familiar with a Macbook to assist in trying to get music onto my Versa 2. No matter what I try I can not connect the watch/macbook to add music. I am getting so frustrated as I don't know if I am doing something wrong, there is a setting that is off or if there is a problem with the watch. I have made sure all items are on the same network, tried bluetooth on/off etc to no avail. I have had a long relationship with Fitbit starting with a zip, then the hr and Alta...the main purpose for the Versa 2 was for the music..if that isn't going to work I have to return it 😞

@MomShaw Thanks for stopping by! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your Versa 2 not syncing with your Macbook Air and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try clearing the link between your Versa 2 and your laptop by doing the following:
After this retry adding music to your device.
Let me know how it goes.

@MomShaw As a Mac user who has successfully put music onto my Versa 2, I think I can help. I think there is confusion that people think the Versa 2 must sync with your MacBook to transfer music. It does not need to sync. In fact, it can't sync.
Since you are a long time user, your Fitbit Connect might be out of date. You might need to uninstall Fitbit Connect, then download it again. I don't know if that is a must do.
If you look at the link that @AlvaroFitbit gave you, look below the blue box that mentions iTunes. There is a section that starts with, "To transfer music to your watch..." Click on Mac for details, if you haven't looked there before. There is a Fitbit video in there that says it is instructions for the Ionic. The Versa 2 instructions are identical. It's great for people who are visual learners. IGNORE everything in the blue box about iTunes. Apple replaced iTunes with Music, so the blue box doesn't matter to us.
Before you start, verify that your Versa 2 is connected to your wi-fi. Tap on your profile picture ?>Versa 2 > wi-fi settings. Make sure it is connected. (Mine disconnects every time I get out of range of my router.)
When you open Fitbit Connect, the only thing you want to tap or click on is Manage My Music. Don't worry about anything else.
I hope this helps.
