Hi there. I just purchased my Versa 2 special edition and activated my 3 free month trial of premium. I'm still unable to access the features of it. Has anyone else had this problem? Everything still shows as locked.

I already cancelled my renewal. I was in email and phone correspondence with fit bit explained my problem now they aren't answering me. Guess I wont be needing the premium features.

I tried to activate 3 monts trail for premium, but insted it imidialty activate montly fee (and I paid for it, without activating trail). It is really bad aproach for a company to be a trickster. I cancel for a next month subscription. And probably I am not going to use it ever again!...
Please be carefull regarding premimu trail.
I am using Fitbit Ionic.
