Bought the versa as my 1st fitbit had it a week and loved it but the past 2 days it will not sync at all!
I've tried the troubleshooting tips they didn' work I got to reluctantly deleting the device and reconnecting it and losing my 2 day data, but now I can't even reconnect it to my phone at all. Seems to be a Bluetooth issue.
What am I supposed to do now? Considering sending it back is this an option?
Having the same problem. Was working fine - then wasn’t syncing and can’t reconnect to wifi. Will let you both know if I resolve. Very disappointed.
Best AnswerI had the same problem initially, switched it off put it back in its box ready to send back, i was sent instuctions on how to sort it out so took it out of box and it was working even before i tried what i was told to, so not sure it just sorted itself out and have had no issues since, its awesome
