Hi
My versa is having a number of issues. It started by not recording heart rate and now cannot hold a full charge longer than 5 hours. I have done a full factory reset, switched on and off multiple times and there are no flashing lights. The fitbit I have was a replacement for a faulty one less than a year ago.

Hi, if this is a recent issue, check the firmware version, it may be because of an upgrade.
Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
