I have had a Fitbit account for many years along with a profile picture. I was given a Versa 2 at Christmas, but I did not set up the watch and start using it until the beginning of January.  Now I am reading the manual and it states that in order for me to do certain things on the watch that I need to go to the today tab and then my profile picture. My profile picture does not appear on my watch. How do I transfer my picture from the app to my Versa 2 now that the watch is set up?

1.  If you don't show a profile pic on Today tab of the app, it's just the round icon at top left, probably with a stock dummy pic in it.

2.  Did you use the same account/email to set up the Versa 2 that you were using before?  If so, you should still get the same profile pic.

Hi JohnnyRow,

I see the picture on the app, but it does not show on my watch.

Anything that refers to Today tab and profile pic is referring to phone app.

Please provide details if there is something that does not explain.

Thank you so much. I was obviously overlooking that part of the statement.
