Can I purchase the protection plan from my account at Fitbit.com? I have a Versa 3.

When the option shows up on the app, I didn't have my credit card handy. I haven't seen the option again in the app.

Hi @PoppyX2  you'll see that pop up three times before it goes away. You can always go straight to squaretrade.com to purchase an extended warranty if it's within the 30 day period. You can also go to Amazon to purchase it.
