Purchased new Iphone 10 and connected bluetooth to Versa won't work. Deleted app started over 3 times and the screen on the fitbit keeps telling to download app. When I do this it says to do update, it updates to 98% and then freezes. My fitbit won't show the clock and it won't swipe sideways or up or down.
