Question about ending exercises using buttons on Fitbit Versa

Hello Everyone. 

I have a Fitbit Versa first generation.

I was wondering something.  When I end an exercise, I press the button next to the chequered flag and it asks me to tap the screen to confirm that I want to end the exercise.

Is there any way to map a button to this selection?

Basically my screen cover accumulates sweat which affects the touchscreen working.

So I don't want to be in a situation after a long run where I can't tap the screen to confirm to end the exercise and save my data.

That's why I was wondering if I can use buttons instead to confirm to end the exercise?
