My Versa Lite stopped synching the other day so I switched back to my Charge2. Now neither one will synch.
My Versa Lite does not even show up as an available Bluetooth device on my iPhone XR, iPad Pro or my laptop.
The Fitbit App says my Charge2 Synch is Complete on the dashboard page but it has not actually updated and data is not refreshed- one the Charge2 page it says Synched on 10/13/20 3:46 PM!
Everything seems to have gotten worse after the last firmware updates.
Even if Fitbit fixes the problems that lots of people seem to be having lately I don't know how the updates will install if the devices won't synch.

Hi @makm, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums!
First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation before posting over here, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your iOS mobile devices that can prevent the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.

Hi - I finally got the firmware updated on my Versa Lite and it synched once this morning but has not done it again. It shows as connected via Bluetooth on my iPhone XR but the FitBit App says Looking for device. What is really weird is that the watch seems to be losing time. It was correct when it synched this morning but it is now 9:35 PM as I write this but my Versa Lite says it is 9:10 PM! I've had this watch for almost 2 years and up until two weeks ago it worked fine. I'm ready to toss it - no good if it can't even show the right time.

I got my Versa Lite for Christmas 2019. In April it stopped syncing. Went thru all the suggested steps then called customer service. They couldn't figure it out. I sent it in and Fitbit sent me a replacement because it was still under warranty. In June the same thing happened with the replacement. Because it was still within the year I sent it in again and they sent me another replacement. Now on October 19th it happened again with the second replacement. It hasn't even been a year and this has happened 3 times. I seems to happen when they d a firmware update. Each time it happened my Versa Lite also would lose time. At this time it is 2:38 am and my Versa Lite says its 12:37 am. its been losing 5-10 mins ever hour since its last sync on 10/19 at 10:45 am I am getting so frustrated I just want my money back.

No luck with any of the suggestions in the FitBit help section. I wish I could just get my money back but I've had my Versa for too long. This Versa is now way more trouble than it is worth. I was going to ask for an upgraded model for Christmas but instead I will ask for something different that will work. It is absolutely unacceptable that the updated app and/or firmware cause so much trouble for so many of us and broke something to used to work just fine!

Hi Ricardo - still no luck. Doesn't matter if I try to pair and synch with my iPhone XR, iPad Pro or Microsoft Surface tablet. I even tried with a friends Android phone. So the problem is not with the device(s) I'm trying to pair and synch with, it is with your app and/or firmware.
I was a quality assurance manager for a number of years and I can tell you that we would never have released an upgraded app or firmware that caused issues for so many users. And if by chance it did happen that issues were discovered after release and we got as many users complaining about it as I've seen in this community, we would have backed it immediately, fixed the problems and then only did a release after we were sure it worked.
My Versa Lite is now a useless piece of overpriced junk. I can't even use it as a watch because it loses a few minutes every hour and now shows the time as 2:07 when it is 4:41 PM.

I had similar issues and after several days of trying all Fitbit suggestions multiple times the app finally recognized and I was able to re-pair my device. Don’t know how long this will last.
