Question about notifications (FitBit Versa)

I am sorry if my question is stupid, however I am a very new user of FitBit Versa. So when I get notifications to my FitBit I can read it as I expected earlier. However for me there is a strange behavior of the clock that after reading - without any clearing - the notifications are disappearing. (I assumed earlier that the notifications would be disappearing if I clear there.)  I tried to archive the notifications, however there are disappearing also and I do not know where is the archive version. So without any information I really do not decide whether or not there is a 'normal' behavior of the clock. Could someone support me? Thanks in advance!

@Attila70 There are no stupid questions! 😄 You can access 30 last messages (that's how many Versa will store before replacing them with the new incoming ones) by pressing and holding upper right button, then swiping down to scroll up or simply pressing shortly the same button again to go to the top notification. By tapping on any of these notifications, you can display their text on your Versa, chose to quick reply or clear it.
