Question about warranty

I am trying to check the warranty on my Versa 2 because I just got a replacement, and I want to see how long of a warranty I will have on the replacment.  My problem is that I cant seem to access the chat, it always brings me to a 404 redirect page.

Can't speak to your help chat problem, but can tell you warranty is still from original date, does not get extended with replacement device.

 

As @BraulioFitbit noted below, and I didn't realize, it is at least 30 days after replacement.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I bought mine second hand so I dont know.

Hey there, @blacknblue.

 

According to our warranty policies, any replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer. As @JohnnyRow mentioned above, the warranty is not renewed for another year when you receive a replacement.
