Hi guys,
I'm knew to all this fit bit stuff. I have been offered a replacement of my fit bit or 50% of price to a new one..
my questions are?
Is the replacement a refurbished one or a new one?
If i get a replacement one, how long does it take?
If i accept the 50% how does that process work?

Hi @Amanda151 a replacement can be new or refurbished, whatever they have in stock at the time. Time frame for receiving it is harder to say. Some on the forums have received it faster than others and it depends on which country you're in, too. With the discount code, you'll use it in your shopping cart on the store website. As for being new to all this - that's just a place to start. We're here to help you get used to things in this Fitbit world!

Just my opinion but, I think with older products like the Versa lite and the Versa 2, you very likely to get a refurb replacement. There are a lot of complaints on the forum about people getting Versa 2 replacements that show wear. There just might not be new ones left to give out?
