Quick Replies not working

I get a notification that I have a Messenger text message but cannot read or respond to the message using the quick responses.

 

Also I am trying to add Alexa to the Control Centre when swiping down from the top.

 

Any ideas for help ?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using with your Versa 2? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Do you receive an error message when you try to use the Quick Replies feature of your watch or nothing happens at all? I recommend you to re-setup this feature following the steps from our help article: How do I respond to messages with my Fitbit device?. 

 

In regards the issue you're experiencing with Alexa, please try the steps that are specified on: How do I use Alexa on my Fitbit Versa 2? and let me know if the issue persists.
