I recently got a Versa 2 watch and downloaded the Fitbit app. I am receiving phone calls, texts, and emails to my watch however I cannot send a quick reply. I checked and all notifications are turned on in the app. I’m reading some Fitbit apps are not compatible which I don’t understand because there is only one Fitbit app to download? Does anyone know how I can get this working? Thanks!

Are you using iPhone or other iOS device?  If so, quick replies do not work with iOS.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Without knowing the type of phone that your asking about @Kh302004 we are unable to say.

Apple has blocked this feature for third party apps, like Fitbit and Garmin. Therefore if your phone is an ios device, no you will not be able to respond.

see How do I respond to messages with my Fitbit device? 

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
