I am a student and I am very busy. I get text all the time I would really like to respond to at times I don’t or am not allowed to have access to my phone. Is there any way quick reply could be added to IOS devices or could there be another way to text people on my Fitbit Versa Lite, like maybe the spelling feature on the Apple Watch, how you can spell out the actual word. Or something creative. Please help me.

You are going to have to contact Apple about this issue. 

Apple blocks all third parties, such as Fitbit, from being able to respond. 

Until Apple changes its way of thinking, that They know what is good for their users, Fitbit will not be able to add response to iOS devices.

I agree with @Rich_Laue, Apple users really should not stand for such crippling of the OS and I urge you to let Apple know this. Right now though you have two options, vote with your feet and change to Android or get an Apple watch.
