hi all my Fitbit is going crazy.
The button is not working and it vibrates all the time which makes the battery drain really quickly.
It's a replacement Versa that I've only had for one year- not sure how replacement works.
I did a reset but I do not think its the issue.
Any feedback is appreciated.

Hi @kiwipro - Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
If it is still under warranty [sometimes one or two years] it may be better to take it to the shop for a new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit.

Hi
ive done a factory reset and now the watch it’s stuck on ‘ press the shortcut button ‘ the problem is that the shortcut button is the one that doesn’t work.
So frustrating.
I didn’t buy the Fitbit from shop got it in the mail as a replacement.
I’ve read other posts and it says it’s a hardware issue 😔😔😔
maybe someone from
fitbit can give me a hand- I am based in New Zealand

@kiwipro - Fitbit don't read posts you will need to contact them, but before you do, carefully check your watch, it sounds like the button is stuck in.
Try How do I clean my Fitbit device? - you may just be able to free the button.

@kiwipro- a Versa has 3 buttons, do you cal the Quick Access button the left one? And are you sure it's a software problem and not the button stuck in, which is doing constant vibrating?
Are you able to swipe on the watch to get to Settings or is it still not setup after the factory reset?
If you can, assign Timer to the left button.

My hubby put wd40 on a cotton tip and cleaned around the button.
It worked awesome after that
