Please enable it so that we can use quick replies with Textra! Quick replies are enabled on the notification shade on the phone, so I'm not sure why it won't work with the Versa.

Try this. Click 'Define Notification Actions' and define the Android Heads-up Buttons to your liking.
Works perfectly fine. What is your phone, your Fitbit app version and your Fitbit Firmware version? Note, Whatsapp is my default messaging, and Textra is checked under my App Notifications section. Maybe try that.
Edit: Nevermind, from your post, it seems you are not updated to firmware 32.32.10.20 on your Fitbit. Factory reset it and repair (see my long post here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa/Versa-Firmware-Release-32-32-10-15/m-p/2704591/highlight/true#...

Galaxy s9+
32.32.10.20 firmware
Not sure what my app version is.
I tried setting a different app as default messenger, and enabling Textra in third party apps, and still no dice.
That's the thing, I am on firmware 32.32.10.20.

Best AnswerThanks so much for sharing! I was having problems with Textra, too, but I changed to these settings and everything is working.
I have an lg g5 and show version 32.32.10.15 on my versa and cannot reply to text messages with either the stock messaging app or textra. I can go into the textra settings under "define notification actions" and can get just about any other option to show up on my watch (call, leave unread, mark unread, delete) but if I choose "quick reply" nothing shows up. Also, I don't have "android inline reply" as an option, just "quick reply" Any other ideas?
Best Answer@Boomer475, it seems like an older Android OS issue. @vtan is also having this problem here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa/Quick-response-for-android/m-p/2705356#M18287
I'll do some research for you guys on xda and inline reply functionality.

Thank you so much for trying to help with this! I tried installing the app you linked to, it looks like the app has changed names and its now called floatify. Installed, set up, went into fitbit app and added floatify for notifications but no changes.
Best AnswerI followed all the steps on here but I still don't have a quick reply option on my versa. Any other heads up choice will work except quick replies. I have the most updated firmware on both my phone and versa, and most updated version of the app. Please help!!!
I would like it to work with all of my texting apps. Like KIK and FB.
I did get textra to work. Thank you.
Best AnswerPerfect! thank you, was just on the phone with support and I said one thing that threw her off her script and there was no coming back.. her solution was to use another app.. I almost returned the thing cause it wasn't working to its full potential even though it was advertised to. Thanks again!
Best AnswerBless you and your children. This was driving me nuts
Best AnswerWhere do I find the define notifications to change it? I can't get quick replies to my textra messages. On the fitbit app I have chosen which ones I like and the quick reply options shows up with everything except textra...
Best AnswerDid you find it? If not go to settings, customize notifications, define notification actions. There you should see android heads up.
Hope this helps.

Hi...Just wondering where "define notification actions" can be found?
Settings on phone or in fitbit app? I have tried both and can't seem to find it
