Hello; I have the 1st Fitbit Versa not the lite. Anyways I have always received messages fine and am able too send out a quick reply then. My question though is like in an emergency or something am I able just too send out a quick reply such as call 911, need help etc to one of my contacts and if so how do I do that?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern about the quick replies. This feature is currently available on devices paired to an Android phone (7.0+). You can customize the quick replies if you would like to add a specific message, however you can send the quick reply only to text messages and messages from certain apps you receive. Please find more information in this help article: How do I respond to messages with my Fitbit device? 

 

Our team is always working on improving our devices and user experiences, and your comments and suggestions are always welcome. Feel free to post your idea in our Feature Suggestions board. That way other users can comment and vote on the idea to show their support. You can read the FAQ to better understand how that board works.
