I just my Versa today and had the hardest time trying to get it to show anything in the clock gallery. It would either error out and say something about the Versa not being connected (it was) or it would mention something about a timeout error. I finally got it loaded enough to download a clock face.

I'm hoping the devs at fitbit will get this resolved asap. i've deleted the fitbit app, re downloaded and powered off my iphone. I select "clock faces" and receive the time out error.... frustrating to say the least!

I'm having the exact same issue and just saw a notification indicating there are known current issues with syncing, updating, and App Gallery functions so I'm guessing that's why a lot of us are having issues with our clock faces.
My app keeps giving me a blank "All Clocks" screen and then it also says it cant find an Internet connection even though my WiFi is fine.
Fingerscrossed they can fix it soon!

I've also been having issues syncing since day one. Have had to reboot and reset everything constantly. The tweak that seemed to work for me is I had two Fitbit devices listed in my Fitbit config. I had an old FitBit one in there from along time ago, it wasn't used but in there. As soon as I deleted it my versa has been working since. Just thought I'd mention it.

I am having the same issue. I also purchased my Fitbit Versa today and have been trying to set it up all evening. Can't get past the "Clock Error" message. I've tried setting it up using two different devices and no luck.
