Same problem here....can we live chat with FitBit to solve it. I can't have anything on my Versa screen until it fits......bit of an anticlimax!!!

I have used my Versa for 4 days, no problem at all. But after last update yesterday I got problem with syncing and set up watch face.
Today all ended with a Clock Error message on the screen, telling me to go to the Fitbit app on mobile to try another clock. Tried all but noting helped.
Fitbit!!! GIve us a solution now! We paid for a well performing Versa not a dead product.
I will resend my Versa in the next couple of days if no solution comming up.

Hey there please feel free to have a look at some of the other threads already posted about this. Seems Fitbit is having server issues and this is the reason you can’t access apps and clock faces. They are working to get it fixed ASAP.

Hi there, I’ve just received my versa and I’m having the same problem with the clock faces - there aren’t any to choose from! I’ve followed the instructions, turned everything off and on again, but to no avail. So frustrating that I can’t use this thing! Please help

Got my watch today and all I can do is just look at "Clock Error" I am trying to set the clock face from last 3 hours but the app shows just a blank screen and no faces to select from.

i have a versa special edition and when I go to the fit bit app and try to change my go to change my clock face or download an app it doesn’t load? I’ll add a picture.
ive re downloaded I’ve logged in and out and restarted my Versa

I’ve spoken to someone on customer support now. It does seem to be a problem their end. I was just told to keep trying it but she didn’t know how long it would take to resolve. It could be days! In the meantime it is still recording stuff so I guess that’s something!

I have the same issue with my ionic. I can’t change the watchface or get any new apps. So annoying!
