Guess it’s a whole wide issue. Tried to get ionic run too having the same prob after trying my versa.
Hope the Fitbit support team is working on it.

My husband & daughter purchased me a brand new fitbit versa, since last night I have been fighting to download apps with no avail, trying to change my time to military, trying to change the clock face and so forth... are they having issues with the site? when looking on my phone to see what apps I can download, nothing pops up... I have read that this has been an issue with other users but this has been going on since 2000 hrs last night... this issue is very frustrating since I can't do anything with my brand new versa... when will the site be available so us people can do what we need to do to set up what we want on our fitbit?

This is so frustrating. First I ended up cancelling my pre order as they couldn’t give me a despatch date, so I ordered from John Lewis, arrived today and got this silly clock error! Can’t view any apps for the watch either....

Nup. Tried to use on different networks aswell. It might be a bug inside of the app that hopefully can be fixed ASAP

i have the same issue, dont' work the app and the watches for ionic, on andorid app i have only blancke page and i am linked to a wifi connection

Thought it was just me. The clock face I changed to last night keeps crashing. Tried to change it and can't get into the faces or apps.
Troubleshooting device does not seem to resolve and no app updates available. Guess I'll just have to leave my watch. It's restarting every 5-10 minutes and not holding my data.

Hiya, I just got my Fitbit Versa today, I've restarted EVERYTHING on more than one occasion. Switched off bluetooth, then wifi and also restarted phone and watch and I have no clock faces and no access to clock faces in the gallery, please can I get assistance

Same problem and I thought it was just me. Its a bummer as I got the purple/pink special addition.
