Is there an ETA for when the issue would be resolved?

I finally got a clock face, but apps or daily stats are not available. Guess everyone is still trying at the same time and stressing their servers even more.

I will give fitbit a day or two to fix this, but after this tragic event, I am afraid I have lost my faith in is this product and fitbit.. I'm not paying to be a tester of a new product, that is something they should have done before release.

Anyhow, a server issue should NOT render the watch useless. Clock faces should be stored locally, and with factory reset a prefixed one should automatically be installed.

You need to get your bits to fit!

That actually makes me wonder, would the watch work without internet, has anyone tried it? I mean, I know there wont be updates or any kind of new apps, but lets say you go on camping for 3 days, the battery should last, but with no internet it becomes useless?

No. I don't believe that's correct. You just need an internet connection to do certain things ... like install a clock face.

Any timeline for when the issues with the FitBIt Versa may be fixed. I literally just bought it a few hours ago...and I am so disappointed I can not use it for my workout tonight like I had hoped.

Just wondering if there is any idea how long it will take to get things up and running again.

Well, mine is brand new and if all it does is show a clock and vibrate when an alert comes, then it´s working, but if I try to change the clock or something it doesnt let me, at least i dont have the ugly error anymore

Do you know if setup of a new one works yet or are just the already set up ones coming back online?

It’s really weird, I just turned off my Automatic syncing and I am able to get to the clock face screen and select a clock face, but when I try to add it to my Versa it’s forever loading on a loop and the face doesn’t actually load to the Versa. That’s the first time in 12 hours I’ve been able to even SEE the clock faces

Well I managed to get mine to work.  I’m not sure if they have resolved the issue or it is what I did.  I deleted Fitbit app then reinstalled it and chose allow access while using app as it was set at never allow and stuck on it.  I hope this helps some of you.

If the watch was prime and it hasn't been over the amount of time. You would have to check your Amazon account.
