Not good customer service on the part of Fitbit. I'm highly considering
returning it and purchasing another product.

when you pay $230 for something...call me crazy but you should expect it to work with no issues!

Hopefully it gets fixed. If not hope amazon can exchange it like for like sooner rather than later.  It’s a shame there are so many glitches it’s very frustrating

I'm in the US and have already spoken with Amazon about the problem with
Fitbit. Will probably be returning the Versa. They never should have begun
selling the Versa without thoroughly testing it.

I love the Android but am disappointed with Fitbit for rolling out a
product that is having so many problems right out of the gate. Seems they
should have done more testing before releasing it.

My FitBit Versa will not even turn on anymore and my phone cannot locate it.  What is the issue and when will it be fixed?  I need it by the morning to be up and running.

I totally agree. I had to return my 1st versa in the first 24 hours of having it my 2nd one is fine. The first 1 I couldn’t set up. Personally if it’s not working then I would send it back and get another. I just feel some have glitches. I told another user on here what happen with my first one not setting up so I returned it and they were having the same problem so the returned there and got another and their 2nd versa is working fine too

 the ionic has been out a good few months before the versa they are almost the same only difference is the ionic has built in GPS bar that they do the same thing. So surely I would have thought all the glitches would be ironed out

Absolutely agree with you. It's alot of money. I'll be making my decision
tomorrow on whether I'm be returning the Versa or not. Depends on if
Fitbit rectifies the problem.

Mine initially worked.... then decided to no longer work. I'm about fed up
with the whole ordeal and will probably return it for refund. Fitbit
should have done more testing to insure its functionality before putting it
on the market and claiming compatibility with Android devices when, in
fact, that is not the case.

Yep.....ya think? Fitbit dropped the ball on this one, in my opinion. I'm

My Fitbit actually synced! I literally stared at the bar go across the entire screen, but now I’m having connectivity issues again. So it was a one time thing. It keeps lookin for my Versa. It shouldn’t do that! I got so excited for a minute.

I wish you luck. I get the tracking but no notifications. That's why I
bought it.... for the notifications.

I was told that notifications can get switched off when updates are done

Thanks, but I checked to make sure everything was set to on and Versa
still not working. Very disappointing.

Mine is still not working. Got it Tuesday and could connect it but the installation wasn't finished. Could still use it. Today after I've read the problems are solved I wanted to reset the watch to install the software again. Now it's not even connecting to the app. Please don't say you've solved it when you clearly haven't....

Could all be because it’s not syncing. Your phone and watch are connected when the little picture above the the battery life for the versa in the Fitbit app on your phone is green or blue. It flashes when it’s syncing or trying to sync apparently 

 

Fitbit customers services was good with one of the users on here and got hers fixed. And she tried everything before hand. So I don’t know what that advisor did but he got her versa working

I am still having problems setting up my Versa. Cannot update firmware and set up the fitbit.
