I had a fitbit versa and exchanged it for the special edition one. The first Versa I had tracked my sleep the first night without any issues. This new Versa did not track my sleep at all except for when I woke up at 8 and fell back asleep at 9. I don't see any error messages or anything. I'm curious if the two issues are related? Is there anything I can do to make sure it understands I'm asleep? It seemed flawless the first time but not so much now. Need more nights to test it out I guess?
Best AnswerIt's a bug in the app. Fitbit are aware. Meanwhile, go to edit the sleep data, move the time back one minute, and it will recalculate.
Best Answer@AmbientPower i feel like it's a different issue? It's not showing 0 it's just not showing anything at all.

Thank you for the update!
Another issue I'm having is every time I view my sleep chart and swipe left, I get an alert saying the app stopped responding and I need to re-open the app.
Possibly related?
Update: Following the troubleshooting tip mentioned fixed this issue as well!
I hit edit, didn't change anything, hit save and it recalculated and showed my hours/minutes of sleep. It did start off at a 0 but show my line-graph of sleep stages.
My tracker is my Blaze as I'm still waiting for my Versa to come from pre-order.
Best AnswerMy charge HR was terrible after 4yrs stopped syncing etc pretty much was just a clock for me. I love the Versa just has some tweaking to do.
Best AnswerQuick response texting is not an option yet until May. Cycling or biking is in the settings and app. You have to play with Versa to figure things out.
Best AnswerI had the same issue. I reset the Versa - hold the left button and lower right, at the same time, until you see the Fitbit logo. Once it reset my sleep info loaded. Good luck!
