Hi! Sorry to bother you but I have a Versa and it just keeps crashing. Like it comes up with the Fitbit logo and then it will just turn off. Or if I am very lucky it will go to the home screen and then black out again. I have tried to do you method quite a few times now and it is still not working. I have also tried everything else on this page but it will not connect back to Bluetooth. I am a bit concerned...is there anyway you could help me?

@Chloe_Mitakos @DaiJai @KatieThompson20 I would hazard a guess it's Firmware issue. Please reach out to Customer Support for a replacement. If you cannot perform factory reset (since it's crashing), there's not much you can do. Here's the link to Customer Support page.

Mines been doing the same thing since I got it about 2 weeks ago. I have to keep touching it for it to stay on.....if I don't it crash again (even with a full battery).

Mines might just be 2 weeks🤦🏽:female_sign: I can't keep track walking during this lockdown and I upgraded for the sleep feature....I didn't know it meant the watch sleeps🙄

I’m having the exact same issue. Was able to do a factory reset last night but today as soon as I take it off the charger, it’s off. Can’t do a hard reset or anything. Just started last night and it’s only 6 months old 😭

I think I've had mines just hit 2 weeks🤦🏽:female_sign: And I'm so frustrated and it's shutdown so quick that I can't do any troubleshooting
