Hello. I’m hoping someone can help
I've had my versa 2 for almost a month now. The app said I had to wear my device for at least 14 days for it to tune my readiness score/health metrics. I was not receiving any info other than my heart rate during that time. On the last day I did get my scores for everything. But it recommended to install the Oxygen clock face to track my oxygen levels (or whatever it does) so I installed that for a night (January 16) and then I had no scores. Realizing I didn’t like that clock face I switched back to the original face (January 17) and no I have no information showing up at all other than my heart rate. And in the readiness section it says I have 0 days to wear to reach a score but I’m not receiving anything. I have the premium account and I’m in Ontario, Canada. What is going on? I really dislike not getting any info. Am I doing something wrong? While I like my versa 2 it’s lame that I’m having this issue. Please help a with positive solution! I want this SOLVED!
