My partner received a fitbit versa 2 as a gift. Having already received one, she decided to sell it. The buyer came to bring it back to us, saying that it did not work. Only this one registered on fitbit and don't want to hear about this watch anymore. My question is simple... Hi, @SunsetRunner - yes it's possible to factory reset from the About option in the Settings menu but be careful there is a risk. Sometimes it destroys the watch and it may not be necessary.
You can associate the watch in the Fitbit App by running "+ Set up a Device".
