Really fitbit??? Device not found?

Every single day... device not found.
I've found that restarting my phone will solve the problem... for most of the day, and then the same thing again the next day.
Come on Fitbit, please get this fixed.
I've bought numerous Fitbit products over the years (7 trackers,3 scales-plus I've had more than a couple of those replaced that were not functioning properly) and honestly, while I love the product features, these constant issues are getting really old.

For me, sometimes instead of rebooting my phone, just turning phone's bluetooth off and back on resolves that quicker.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

My Versa Lite stopped syncing yesterday on my Samsung Galaxy S9.  Nothing I have read and tried has resolved the issue.  More and more users are posting by the hour with similar if not exact same problem.

I tried that, tried turning the Versa off, I even reinstalled the app, the
only thing that works for me is a phone reboot 😞
Thank you for the suggestion though!

Thank you 🙂 I hadn't seen this, but all of my settings were already as he
suggested when I checked.
This problem only started for me after an update a couple of weeks ago- and
there was a new update day before yesterday, and today my fitbit did
connect without me having to restart, so MAYBE (hopefully!) Fitbit fixed
whatever was causing it 🙂
