Rearrange order on Versa icons on watch

When I used to swipe up on my versa it would show the battery life and date with the step counter below. It now shows the heart rate and then the battery life and date, then the step counter. I want to move it back to how it was but I cannot move the heart rate. All the other icons can be moved up or down by holding you finger

down on them as per the manual. But I cannot move the heart rate. I can remove the heart rate by un ticking it in the settings but if I put it back in it goes back to the top. Help.....

Hello @Mat-K and a warm welcome.  This happened to me and I fixed it by doing a Factory Reset.  Versa Manual p 63.  You must sync your Versa before doing this or data will be lost.  After the reset, you will need to add it back to your account.

When it happened to me, I was trying to attach a new band.  The fit was extra snug.  I thought I caused it by having too much pressure on a button while trying to attach the band.  But another user described the same issue and it seemed to be a random event.
