@Charlotte15 could you elaborate? I mean versa will record only the sleep itself, not the time spend in bed. Do you have any bedtimes preset in the Fitbit app? If yes, clear them. Also, does your Versa record your heart rate without issues? It's necessary for sleep stages.

@Zoeapril the same questions as in my previous post. Also, what's your versa firmware version and Fitbit mobile app version. Phone model and OS?
