Recording steps not completed

My versa lite is recording steps I haven’t completed I was on motorway yesterday in horse lorry and it recorded 5000 steps.. I have only just got it and contacted versa support and they told me to reset and I did... so far this morning I have been sitting with my son after doing reset and it has recorded over 200 steps I haven’t completed? Any advice

Hi I think it is working better now still records a few steps not taken but no where near as bad as before 😀
