Hi, I brought Fitbit Versa 2 for my dad last year and he registered it with his email address and installed the Fitbit app.
Now, he doesn’t have access to his email and thus is not able to sign in the app and do things like change time. Would be great if someone can help recover his account possibly with a new email address.

In the phone Fitbit App Click on profile photo [top left] Account Settings you should be able to change things there |

Logged out of the app on the phone and don’t remember the password in addition to no access to email 😞

Please help in this regard. I can’t log in to the app as I don’t remember the password and my dad has lost access to his email account that was used to register the device.
