Red Cross Sign won’t go away-Versa 2

I can’t get rid of the Red Cross sign. I have tried everything - restart, remove app, forget this device, Bluetooth on and off, removed the app, restarted my phone and it’s still there. What now?  I have a Versa2. I’ve done everything suggested and more.

I would recommend setting up your watch as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab Fitbit logo, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
