Red light around Versa 2 screen

I have recently noticed a light round the outside of my screen, I have restarted it and updated, to no affect. I’ve read that it’s not repairable is this correct?

Hello @paulahen 

 

Trying a restart first as you did is a great troubleshooting tip for what your describing. I’m sorry it didn’t work for you. Another thing you can try is to change the clock face by going through the Fitbit App : https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2311.htm. Preferably change it to the original clock face or another clock face made by Fitbit. 

Unfortunately if that doesn’t work I’d suggest calling Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US

Hi, thank you for your response. I have changed the clock face as well.

I have also tried using the live chat link which comes up as page is not valid, I think it maybe because it’s a US link rather than a UK, and I don’t have twitter so I can’t contact them on that, I feel like I just keep getting passed round the contact us pages forever, hence why I posted the question on the forum. Thank you for your help it was much appreciated.

I wasn’t aware of your location @paulahen but I have heard individuals here in the community say that the Live Chat wasn’t working for them. I hate you feel passed around. That’s NEVER a good feeling. Let me provide you with a telephone number good in the UK instead.
