Red light on the back of the Versa

Hi has any body have had the red light on the back of there versa can’t remove mine so does not work

Yes same thing happened on mine....all of a sudden a continuous back red light is there. The green light is more brighter....cannot turn them off by removing heart rate monitor option....

Looks like they have bricked devices with their latest firmware

Even the heart rate is not working property...it goes on and then off and its inaccurate

First time I have had red light but on my 3D versa because of the heart monitor this time does not work at all

I called and got the stupid response that my warranty is expired but here a 25% discount on a new piece of junk that their update will fix. This is such a bull crap response. I’ve been waiting to switch to Apple Watch...guess they just made it happen.
