Red light stopped, won't charge

Two days ago, red light on back if fitbit stopped flashing, versa won't charge at all, have reset several times, watch now totally dead, have only owned it for 4 months. And ideas?

I would like to know if you have tried other USB ports. Also, for how long have you left your Versa on the charger? These details will help me to assist you accordingly.

Hello, thanks for your message. I only ever connect the versa to the
charger when it gets to around 40% battery. All worked well until 4 days
ago. I noticed the red lights weren't flashing nor was it charging, I
connected the phone to the laptop via the USB and again, didn't charge, it
is totally flat now. I hope this helps. Thank Michelle

Hi, I would advice you to contact Customer Support about your problem and ask for a battery test.
