I need some help I can’t get my notifications on my watch for my incoming text but only my calls n FaceTime coming in so can someone help me ps I’m using a iPhone 8 Plus with my fitbit

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, are you only missing text Notifications? Are you using an iPhone or an Android phone? 

 

First, please restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. If this doesn't seem to work, knowing your phone model will be very helpful for us to check this further.
