Sleep not recorded

My sleep has not recorded the past two nights. It's been working fine until now. I haven't changed anything (band, sleep positions, etc). Any thoughts or suggestions?

Hi, do you have the latest version of Fitbit on your device. Ifnot, update it. If you have the latest version, you can try two things:

1. Restart your Versa 4-5 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons:

2. Before doing this do not remove or unpair your Versa from the Fitbit app.

2.1. Deinstall Fitbit from your phone

2.2. Restart your phone

2.3. Reinstall Fitbit again and, of course enable BT

2.4. Sync your Versa with your phone.

@Kam09 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your sleep hasn't been tracked the past nights, even though you've made sure to charge the sleep positions.

I would like to follow up and would like to know if you tried the great troubleshooting steps that shared my friend @SunsetRunner.

If you find his post helpful, please accept it as a solution so other users that experience the same issue, can find it easier.

Looking forward to your response! Smiley Happy
